Language Training

Arabresearch introduces language courses Arabic and Dutch in Amsterdam.
Are you interested in learning Arabic in The Netherlands or do you want to improve your Dutch? We give language training courses at all levels.

Modern Standard Arabic (MSA) is found, throughout the Arab world from Morocco to Iraq, in the prose of books, newspapers, periodicals and letters. It is also the spoken language employed in formal public adddress, conferences, over radio & television, and in religious ceremonial.
It is the language of millions of Arabs who have enjoyed basic education. Indeed, it gives the Arab peoples of many countries a sense of identity and an awareness of their common cultural heritage. On the other hand there exist the various local dialects, which is spoken at home, among friends, in the market etc.

It is advisable for students who want to acquire a practical knowledge of Arabic to first learn a colloquial dialect and then move on to the modern standard Arabic.

We perceive of language as an entrance to culture, history & society. Therefore, during the language courses, we draw attention to the thematic study of language and culture. So, there is much emphasis on conversation and presentation skills.
